Making Experiences More Human
As a seasoned customer experience (CX) and service design strategist, I help organizations transform consumer insights into strategic innovation that drives business growth. My expertise lies in designing and delivering human-centered experiences that create measurable value for customers and employees.
I currently work as a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Innovation Strategy & Insights at Pfizer, a global leader in biopharmaceutical innovation. In my role, I bring a customer-first mindset to the complex healthcare ecosystem, translating consumer needs into product strategy and innovation opportunities. Using service design tools such as journey mapping and service blueprinting, I provide strategic insights that shape product development and go-to-market approaches.
Working with diverse stakeholders across the organization, I enable breakthrough, best-in-class products and experiences for patients, health care providers, and colleagues. By championing consumer- driven innovation methodologies, I help teams identify unmet needs and develop solutions that resonate in the market. I also contribute to critical COVID-19 efforts, such as providing virtual visit options for families and supporting the distribution of vaccines.
My passion is to make a positive difference in people's lives through designing experiences that are meaningful, engaging, and empowering. Whether it's in healthcare, video production, or hospitality, I enjoy applying my product strategy and creative problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and create more magical moments for those who experience the end result.
